Ililani, at 615 Keawe Street, will be a new 42-story, 328 unit condominium. 163 units will be market priced units and 165 units will be offered as Affordable Housing units under the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (“HHFDC”) guidelines to owner occupants who meet HHFDC eligibility and income requirements.

Anticipated pricing for 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom affordable units will range from $312,600 – $657,100.
