Mandarin Oriental Honolulu developers now aiming for fall construction start

One of the world’s premier hoteliers is coming to the world’s most cosmopolitan island, ushering in a rare collection of only 99 Residences. Introducing The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Honolulu, a 37-story, 418-foot luxury high-rise tower soon to grace the Honolulu skyline.

Manaolana Partners expects to open a sales office in Waikiki and break ground on the project in October or early November.
