Will Out-of-State & Out-of-Country travel to Hawaii, scheduled to Open-Up on 8/1/20,* be delayed to a later date tbd??

With the recent upswing in Hawaiis relatively low case counts, and the further upswing in the high case counts on the U.S. mainland and foreign countries, this Opening Date is possibly in question/jeopardy...

Perhaps Good, for Hawaiis physical health...but Disasterous for Hawaiis economic health...Specifically our visitor industry (airlines, hotels, restaurants/bars, tour companies, car rental companies, visitor/local attractions & all of the hundreds of local businesses that support them...even local farmers & fisherman).  Not to mention our tax revenue aka State economists warnings about inevitable cut-backs... 

The most significant Dilemma our State, Country & World have faced in our lifetimes (except perhaps WWII for those still living).

That is partially why Locals and Non-Local Residents are Nesting, by buying and/or selling homes & condos to get setup for the long haul (7-10 yrs +)...Historically no matter when you Buy, if you intend to Hold for at least that long, you have generally come-out fine...as a result, it has been Busy!

*With a verified Negative COVID-19 Test w/in 72-hrs of departure.
